Got some free time this weekend, so..
Quick fact: I don't have an XBOX 360, so if the colors aren't accurate, I apologize...

Update v1.5:
Fixed bottom right (Eject) button, was red; should be blue.

Seems like some people are having trouble unzipping the archive. Try using 7Zip or PKZip to unzip it, I've re-created the archive and re-uploaded the zip.. Sorry for the trouble!
